On the weekend of May 16th - 18th - Kady, BlackMare, Tyler and I - along with my trail riding buddies - Kahlua and Sarah- packed up and headed to Warrenton, Ga for Jimmy Stewart's 26th annual Spring Trail Ride and Wagon Train.  I was a little anxious because BlackMare had never spent a weekend camping and riding with 800 other horses.... not to mention the fact that Tyler had only had one riding lesson in his life prior to the event(luckily he is a natural and also had a fabulous instructor!  : )    Well...........  needless to say- the weekend was fun and flawless (except with a little mishap on the trip home Sunday- where I lost our leftover food and drinks out the back of my truck- oooops!)
Both BlackMare and Tyler loved it! In-fact Tyler came home and looked up the dates for some of the other well-known trail rides scheduled this year- lol.  I was proud of both them.... and I am just as excited and ready to go back.
